Terms and engagement scope

Website and inquiry form
This website and its inquiry form help us understand your goals and plan the right next conversation. A client relationship, accepted engagement, and service obligations are created through a separate written agreement.
Service scope
Introductory conversations, AI opportunity audits, executive AI cohorts, private company sessions, and implementation support are scoped by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement. Pricing, deliverables, dates, confidentiality obligations, and payment terms are confirmed in that written scope.
Deliverables and outcomes
Workshop outputs may include opportunity maps, workflow blueprints, prototypes, tool recommendations, implementation plans, roadmaps, and governance starter materials. These are planning documents and decision support materials designed to support implementation. Business outcomes, savings, revenue impact, and adoption results depend on execution, data quality, team capacity, vendors, and market conditions.
Prototype and demo scope
Workshop demos and prototypes are decision tools. Production deployment can be scoped separately after the appropriate review, testing, security, and approval steps.
Professional advice
Legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, security, and regulatory compliance questions should be reviewed with qualified advisors before AI workflows are used for regulated or high-risk decisions.
Confidentiality and data
An NDA is available before sensitive workflow discussion. Clients are responsible for identifying regulated or restricted data and for approving how their information may be used during any engagement.
